Returns & Exchanges


  • Returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. Items that appear to have been worn, washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, pet hair, odors, etc will not be accepted.
  • The 10 days return window begins on the date the order is delivered based on the tracking history or the date the order is fulfilled for local pick up orders.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY.
  • Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are FINAL SALE. 
  • Personalized and custom items are not eligible for return.
  • All accessories such as bralettes, hats, and hair ties are not eligible for return due to sanitary requirements.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • Please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed.
  • We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for reference. Packages lost or stolen during transit are unfortunately out of our control and therefore, we cannot refund or replace items. 
  • If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge.
  • We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days the items will be donated to charity.

We do our best to inspect every item before shipping it out. If you receive a damaged item, we truly apologize for this.

  • All items received must be inspected within 3 days of delivery or fulfillment, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • If you receive a damaged item please email a picture and description to and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

  • We will do our best to replace the item, if the item is no longer available a full refund will be issued.
